Một số hành trình (vd Đà Lạt Pilot) có thể có phí tham gia để bù vận hành: chi phí chỗ ở chung, vật tư, hỗ trợ Local Host. Mọi con số được công bố rõ trên trang pilot trước khi bạn nhấn đăng ký — không phí ẩn, không upsell phút chót. Some journeys (e.g. Đà Lạt Pilot) may carry a participation fee to offset operations: shared housing, materials, Local Host support. Every number is published openly on the pilot page before you click apply — no hidden fees, no last-minute upsell.

Một số hành trình hoàn toàn miễn phí và mở; một số đóng dạng đóng góp tuỳ tâm. Quy tắc hoàn phí dưới đây chỉ áp dụng cho hành trình có mức phí cứng được niêm yết. Some journeys are entirely free and open; some accept voluntary contributions. The refund rules below apply only to journeys with a posted fixed fee.

Nếu bạn huỷ tham gia ít nhất 14 ngày trước ngày khởi động chính thức của pilot, chúng tôi hoàn 100% phí đã đóng — trừ chi phí giao dịch ngân hàng (nếu phát sinh, tối đa 2%). Gửi yêu cầu qua email tới [email protected] kèm mã đăng ký. If you cancel at least 14 days before the official pilot start date, we refund 100% of the fee paid — minus any bank transaction cost (if incurred, capped at 2%). Send the request via email to [email protected] with your registration code.

Trong cửa sổ 13 đến 4 ngày trước khởi động: hoàn 50%, do chúng tôi đã giữ chỗ ở, đặt nguyên liệu và xếp lịch Local Host. Trong vòng 72 giờ trước khởi động: không hoàn tiền mặt, nhưng bạn được chuyển credit cho một pilot khác trong vòng 12 tháng (một lần duy nhất). In the window 13 to 4 days before start: 50% refund, because we have already reserved housing, ordered supplies, and scheduled the Local Host. Within 72 hours of start: no cash refund, but you can transfer the credit to another pilot within 12 months (one-time only).

Khi bạn đã bước vào ngày đầu của pilot và môi trường đã được mở cho bạn, phí không còn hoàn được. Lý do: chi phí chính của hành trình là môi trường — đã được mở, đã có Local Host đứng cùng bạn, đã có người tham gia khác. Bạn không thể "trả lại" trải nghiệm môi trường. Once you have entered Day 1 of the pilot and the environment has been opened for you, the fee is no longer refundable. Reason: the main cost of the journey is the environment — it has been opened, the Local Host has stood with you, and other participants are present. You cannot "return" an experience of environment.

Nếu bạn bị chúng tôi cho dừng tham gia sớm do vi phạm Tuyên ngôn, Điều khoản sử dụng, hoặc Nguyên tắc cộng đồng, phần phí còn lại không được hoàn. If we end your participation early due to a breach of the Manifesto, Terms of Use, or Community Guidelines, the remaining portion of the fee is non-refundable.

Đây là điểm quan trọng phải hiểu trước khi tham gia. Phí pilot KHÔNG phải vốn đầu tư. Bạn KHÔNG nhận cổ phần, KHÔNG nhận lợi nhuận chia theo doanh thu Muôn Nơi, KHÔNG được hoàn nếu bạn cho rằng "không thấy thu nhập" sau hành trình. This is a key point to understand before joining. The pilot fee is NOT investment capital. You do NOT receive equity, do NOT receive a share of Muôn Nơi revenue, and you cannot request a refund on the grounds that "I didn't see income" after the journey.

Chúng tôi không bán cam kết thu nhập. Chúng tôi mở môi trường thật. Hệ quả là của bạn, không phải sản phẩm bảo hành đi kèm hoá đơn. We do not sell income guarantees. We open real environments. The outcome is yours, not a warranty attached to a receipt.

Gửi email đến [email protected] với tiêu đề "Yêu cầu hoàn phí — [tên pilot] — [tên bạn]". Trong nội dung ghi rõ: mã đăng ký, số tiền đã đóng, ngày đóng, lý do huỷ, số tài khoản ngân hàng nhận hoàn. Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund request — [pilot name] — [your name]". In the body include: registration code, amount paid, date paid, reason for cancellation, and bank account to receive the refund.

Chúng tôi phản hồi trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc. Tiền hoàn được chuyển trong vòng 14 ngày làm việc kể từ khi yêu cầu được chấp thuận, qua chuyển khoản ngân hàng tại Việt Nam (đối với khách quốc tế: phí chuyển khoản quốc tế trừ vào khoản hoàn). We respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds are remitted within 14 business days, via bank transfer in Vietnam (for international participants: international wire fees are deducted from the refund amount).
